Heritage just finished building our beautiful pool. If it wasn't for Heritage, we wouldn't have a pool. We have a large easement, the pool is close to the house, the first two companies we contacted said the pool could only be, at most, 6 ft wide (which would be a worthless waste of money); neither company was responsive or tried to discuss and understand what our needs for a pool were. David from Heritage, on the other hand, explained that the distance between the pool and the house is proportional to the depth of the pool. He showed a level of knowledge and care above and beyond the other two popular companies! Since we were looking for a pool to play and do some swimming, we were able to build a gorgeous 8 ft x 32 ft that fits exactly what we were looking for (less than 5 ft deep). David has excellent taste. We are finishing the landscaping, and all the neighbors who have taken a peak compliment how beautiful the colors and the marble look. The process was lengthy and there was one delay, but the communication was always clear. They never tried to coerce us into buying more than what we could afford, and the construction manager was always open to involve my husband so that we could help reduce costs where possible. For their knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, patience, responsiveness, attention to their customers and to the quality of their products, Heritage is unarguably a 5-start company.

We had a long road to get to Heritage, but we are so glad we stayed the course. After meeting with several other pool companies and having disappointing experiences, we were ready to give up; we are so grateful we decided to give it one more try and found Heritage. Our salesperson Chad was on time, honest, and easy to communicate with. He listened to our ideas, offered advice; he got back to us with answers to questions our of his realm and promptly got us in contact with the right person. We have a simple house and wanted a pool to match; Heritage delivered! There are always unexpected issues -- building a pool is not for the weak -- but they stayed responsive and our "manager" MacKenzie did everything in her power to move our process forward -- she works very hard. Marco, our project manager, was on-site constantly, showed up when we had questions (remarkably quickly) and kept things moving forward. When we got impatient, Heritage did their best to ease our concerns and reassure us. It is never a perfect process -- what is? Our home is our biggest investment so of course it's stressful. Heritage works hard and does its best; the end result is exactly what we asked for. We feel great about our pool and the price was fair; we do not have one ounce of regret in taking on this project, and have a lot of faith in the quality -- the level of work is top-notch but mostly, the people at Heritage care.

Our inground pool is approximately 20 years old. We recently had Heritage Pools gut the inside and redo the pool. All new plaster, lights and pool deck resurfaced. The people at Heritage Pools are very easy to work with. We met with the sales department and picked out all of the colors. The sales department stuck to our budget and recommended some beautiful finishes. The scheduling of the work was very easy. Eva kept us informed on everything - which workers would be out and how long the process would take. She also took the time to answer any questions we had about the timeline. Keith did an excellent job following up daily and stopping by to check on things and answer all of our questions. From the start to the finish was seamless, thanks to the wonderful people at Heritage Pools. I would highly recommend them for a new pool build or a complete over haul of a current pool.

I selected Heritage Pools LLC when choosing a pool company to build and install an inground pool/spa for a few reasons: 1. Most companies in the area will only install concrete pools. I did not want to go with concrete due to cost both initial and lifetime maintenance. Heritage is very flexible and has options for vinyl, fiberglass (the option we chose), or concrete. 2. We have a narrow space between our house and the neighbor; I had multiple companies tell me no right away because they wanted or needed more space for their equipment. Heritage, again, was flexible and had smaller equipment that is able to manage narrower spaces. 3. Responsiveness was amazing. I had so many companies ghost me, take months to respond to initial design consultations, or refuse to even do a design consultation unless I was willing to contract with said company. Overall we are very pleased with our pool. We had a small hiccup with a situation that Heritage had never encountered before. This took very long to resolve but ultimately was resolved to both our satisfaction and the town inspector's satisfaction. We get so many compliments about our pool and every time we have some other vendor do anything with our house they end up asking us who did our pool because they want one just like ours. The best part of the process was having a dedicated construction liaison. Mackenzie is awesome, she will answer any question no matter how stupid or silly (and trust me I sent her what was probably some very stupid questions), answer it very quickly, and I felt like she always was advocating for me if I needed something done. I am very excited to use the pool this summer and for many years to come!

I had the best experience with Heritage Pools and would highly recommend them to anyone. They will treat your once in a lifetime project as such and make you feel like a valued customer from beginning to end. As you can see in the pictures David my sales rep, did an amazing job with the design and met with me multiple times to go over every detail. The operations team made sure I was completely satisfied every step of the build and I couldn't be happier with that experience. I look forward to working with Heritage Pools in the future as the service and maintenance team has been so informative during my startup and pool education. AMAZING is the whole team of Heritage Pools! From the owner Michael to the back office !! Nino was excellent , every day making sure he overlooked our entire project ! John & Fred too!! There is so much hard work being put into planning/building a pool. No one knows the effort put into having this process run smoothly!! The back office does it all and my girl is “MACKENZIE”! The sweetest most accommodating , professional that has made this whole process so worth it all!!! Whatever question I had she took my phone call. We couldn’t be happier with our results!!! Added a gas heater to our beautiful Heritage pool to extend our season. Jeremy came out to explain what the options were and to see where the unit would could be installed. After we placed the order, Jeremy came back out on Thanksgiving weekend to install the pad and again first thing Monday morning to install the unit in coordination with the gas plumber. All went exactly as he had told me it would and the unit works great. Terrific service like this is not common these days and is very much appreciated.
